JUNIORS - 2012 SEASON

Dear Players and Parents,

Please mark in your diaries the junior (including Cadet) registration dates for the 2012 Winston Hills Netball Club.  There will be 2 registration dates:

For players registering, please ensure that you have:

New Players –

Junior Player Registration Form*

BHSNA Registration*

Winston Hills Sports Club Membership Form* (only required where WHNC membership has not previously been paid)

Birth Certificate

Passport size photo

Returning Players –

Junior Player Registration Form*

BHSNA Registration Form*

Winston Hills Sports Club Membership Form* (only required where WHNC membership has not previously been paid)

Copies of forms will also be available on presentation day, time of registration, can be downloaded from www.winstonhillsnetball.com.au or are also attached*.

Please note:

• Fees are to be paid in full and all paperwork, photos and signed cards MUST be received at time of registration.
• All cheques are to be made payable to Winston Hills Sports Club Ltd Netball Auxillary
• Credit Card payments accepted only at allocated registration days
• Please provide your current email address as all correspondence will be via email or published on the website www.winstonhillsnetball.com.au
